The tie breaking procedure is drafted by the AD's for ALL sports. You are not going to get a specific set for each sport. In Reigon 7 it is head to head, then you are awarded points for the other teams you have beat in your reigon, then regular season record w/o Tour. games, then regular season including Tour games, then a coin toss. This is for all sports. Remember this is HS you have to make ruels that work for all programs. This is the reason that HS soccer is much diffrent than club.
