if you sign a contract with a guy to provide the painting of your house and after one day you can't see out the windows becasue of paint on the glass, you fire the guy and look elsewhere.
You don't wait until he finishes, pay him and the live the dark.
Spoilding delivered inferior product. Hopefully the SCHSL didn't sign a contract that said inferior product was acceptable.
