if you sign a contract with a guy to provide the painting of your house and after one day you can't see out the windows becasue of paint on the glass, you fire the guy and look elsewhere.

Wayne, I feel sorry for you. You're attempting to discuss business and contracts with two people who live in candyland and have all the solutions to our problems. I understand your point of view and examples. With the brain power dad of coach and Chunk are providing, shouldn't they be curing cancer?

why dont we take a poll on which ball should be used in next years final and use it, instead of using balls that suck!!! sure, we will take spaldings ball, say were going to use them, then line them up and accidentally shoot them with shotguns, and say someone stole them!!! this way we can use whatever ball we want!!!

just so everyone is clear, I deal with contract every day, ready them, executing them, fulfiling them, completing them, (smallest around $10million, largest around $250 million) all to a degree of satisfaction way above what Spauling seems capable of, although the feedback now seems to be the the balls for this year were better. Contracts have provisions in them for specific performance, require certain things which when not delivered satisfactorily, can result in the contract being cancelled.

Perhaps the problem is the league signs one contract for all sports, which would be really really dumb because there is no one supplier that makes top quality baseball bays, foorball cleats, basketballs shoes, and soccer balls.

The balls were fine and the quality of play was in no way lessen by the balls. This is what we will use until another situation presents it's self to the SCHSL. The N/S ALLSTAR GAME will use these balls this year. The SCHSL worked with us to cure last years problem and did a great job. I think we should all let the sticky ball issue die of old age because it is over and done with.
