"Go Eagles!" Okay, Hartsville is barely considered away - but it was played on their field. The refereeing (that might not be spelled right) was exceptional.

All in all, it was what high school soccer should be all about. Thanks Hartsville.

I agree Coach Cady, this was a well played game, there were many chances on both sides of the field, I am glad it was clean as well. You have a good team this year, good luck with the rest of your season.

Personallly ben p you did not see the same game that i saw because if you did you would know that possesion was more like SA 75% to bl's 25%. SA ruled that game no doubt. And the shot count is deceiving simply because out of SA's about 18 shots 15 were right at the keeper while bl had maybe one. SA's defense held it down and no one had good shots and the pk was bull. the ref parallel with the play called a corner but the other ref about 40 yards away called the pk. granted the reffing was horrible sa did not finish and put themselves in that position but no one this year has yet to beat them in a good fashion. two loses, two pk's in the last 2 minutes of each game, however, A LOSS IS A LOSS, and SA needs to learn how to pull it out in the end.

The possession was if not in favor of ben lippen, even. Ben Lippen's two center mids played great games, and so did Branson for SA(#6). Ben Lippen did not create as many opportunities as they could/should have, but SA had trouble finishing. The reason the referee parallel didnt call a pk was because like you said...he was parallel, and from that angle all you could see was the south aiken player run into the ben lippen player...however, from behind the play, it was obvious that he wasn't using just sheer force, but illegally used his elbow to knock the player off the ball. I'm sorry it ended that way, I would have prefered there to have been no foul and Tyler could finish the ball during play. Remember, I'm taking nothing away from South Aiken, I expect them to be high in the runnings in upperstate, and congratulations on the win tonight, BC is a tough team.
