does anyone know the details of the socastee vs NMB game? that score was kind of suprising to me.

How can you say he was the most exciting player on the field... did any of y'all watch the game. Carey Hite was BY FAR the most exciting and best player on the field. He created more goal scoring oppurtunies that any other player on the field. As for Jugal, he did play against the weaker side of the DF midfield and don't think that Coach Savitz didn't do that on purpose. I thought that Prince created some amazing chances and if his touch didn't let him down 2 or 3 times then that game could have gone to Irmo. As for Acree... he had one of the post and then should have drawn a red card for his move at the top of the box in the first half when he pushed it behind all the DF defenders and was taken down. DF dodged an early bullet there. Monroe dominated the midfield all game long. After the game I know that Drew Sams was dead from defending Monroe all game. So how does Jugal play into the top 5 at that game. He was definately top 10 but nowhere near top 5. There were too many other dangerous players in the game on Friday night.

Coach Savitz didn't put Jugal on the side he did because of DF players, Jugal is a natural left footer, and played on the left side the entire night. Zack Prince held onto the ball too long like he has all season. He draws 3 players to him every time he touches, the ball, if he'd give it away, they'd have mismatches all over the field. Monroe played well, but was kindof a role player in the game and didn't show as much as he has in past games. Jugal played well and was a top 5 player during the game. and who is Carey Hite? jk, he's a good player.

Zack doesn't draw 3 players because he holds the ball too long, he draws 3 players because he is the best player on Irmo's team. If you shut down Zack, then you shut down Irmo's attack. Even though he had numerous people on his all game he still created dangerous chances. Jugal on the other hand is just as guilty of holding onto the ball as any other player. Evertime he gets the ball he either pulls the ball back and pushes it to his left, pulls it back and pushes it behind his leg or does a spin move. All of the moves are done with the ball in front of him and that is one reason that he finds himself loosing the ball. He would be better off if he turned his body and shielded the ball instead of doing all his moves straight up. I still stand by my initial post that Jugal was not a top 5 player on the field... Acree, Prince, Monroe, Hite, and Sams or Amaker were the top 5.

I didn't mean that Zack draws people too him because he holds onto the ball, i meant because he's good, and THEN he holds onto the ball longer than he needs too. If he would draw the people and play the ball, Irmo would find the net more often, because his team is good enough around him to merit him playing straight up, much like he did in club ball.
