I agree. They're out there. Had that same conversation with an official just recently who acknowledged the bad attitude of some of his colleagues. And no matter how many good calls we see, it's the bad ones that stick in memory. Just trying to balance out all the general statements out there...no fantasy land here, but reality always has more than one face.
