If you're asking if video replay should be used in HS soccer, no.
If you're asking for opinion of whether school or league officials should suspend a player for a foul that wasn't called by the referee, but there is video evidence, then yes. Just because the referee doesn't see/call it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. After all, a picture can be worth a thousand words.
