The first boys NSCAA/adidas Region I Top 10 Poll has been released and of the 15 teams submitted from the states of South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, five will be on hand for the 15th annual Palmetto Cup hosted by Brookland-Cayce High School, April 4-7.
