I have come to dread the following:
"If two teams finish in the same position within their respective Region, the bracket will determine the host."
When will the SC High School League publish the brackets for girls soccer? I'm a big believer that hosting the state semi-final is very important.

The brackets have been published since Volleyball season. Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer have identical brackets. If your worry is - "Will Fort Mill host the Upper State finals?" Fort Mill will continue to host, as long as they keep winning of course, until the finals in Columbia.

By the way Pacific is seeded #8, and Pitt is seeded #9. Pacific would only be a cinderella next round.
