I would say that the best coaches aren't the ones with talented players. I don't know how much effort it would take to put together some wins with a team full of challenge and classic players and ODP players because I don't have that luxury. I do know that every season for me is a marathon and we try to improve every way possible. It may be putting together passes or working on defense and making sure that we have good pressure, cover, balance form. I think of Phil Jackson. The man has stacked teams, but he kept them together or so it seemed until he was gone. Instead of who is the best coach, how about what makes a "best coach"? I'm open for suggestions. By the way, karoke on the bus...that sounds like a good idea TLH! We usually have joke contests.
