Celtic9 goal kick C Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 110 Upstate	I'm sure each team gets a pick. Group winners got 2 semi finalist 3 and winner 4, or something to that effect. Those schools not represented may not have turned in a form or contacted the tournament director with their selection.
