Of course, down in the lower state... #1 vs #2 (IRM/JI) #4 vs #2 (RNE/HH) #1 vs #2 (WAN/SV) #1 vs #3 (SUM/RV) One region skewed the brackets. Now, of the 16 teams in the playoffs...how many were at the Viking Cup?
