scotland: I believe that they [and by "they", I mean high school players and/or coaches] get by this because it's not the high school coach doing the coaching [there are all sorts of weird and strange rules about how many players a coach can coach if a coach could chuck wood or something like that -- I'm not smart enough to figure it all out.]
