SCISA teams usually have a hard time just finding enough players to field a team, so the rules for players is very wide open.

K - Juniors definitely play on JV at Irmo. Check the posted roster. It is still showing last year's roster, but I believe there are juniors this year also.

The guidelines for SCISA are different but we have no problems w/ numbers at CN. In fact we have to cut. Do want to but hve to due to strong numbers in our lower school(7th and 8th grades).

From my understanding(and I am new, Capn Walt could know more) JV players must not have turned 16 by the start of school. That is my understanding. So no we do not have Jrs on JV.

yea actually at fort there was like 4 juniors who had to try-out for jv b/c they didnt make varsity and supposibly one of the parents complained about the juniors so the athletic director didnt want juniors playing but yea there allowed b/c i had a junior on my team when i played jv

i know in 3A if your playin a 4A school a junior can play.
