You can download the forms from here:

http://scysa.org/SCYSAODP_StateSelect/ODP_Forms_Menu.htm
It is the medical release form for the boys...not sure about the girls. You'll have to look on the ODP information to see what each group needs as they are usually different.

Just bring it to the tryouts...forms were not mailed out to the boys...not sure about the girls.

If you bring money, they won't turn you down.

All you have to do is tear off a piece of a brown paper bag, print your full name and attach the $75 fee to it. You will be able to tryout and also make one of the ODP teams without any problem.

Well....I think you are guaranteed a starting position if you register on a napkin. Brown paper bag is a new addition this year. I think ODP copied our registration process in the Red Neck League, except our fee is $1.25.

I think the registration fee is $25, not $75.

I know that it is easy to take potshots at ODP, but the comments by Corner Flag and 2004 Striker, though they fancy themselves comediens, denigrate a legitimate soccer service. Keep your wit and intelligence to what you do best. The Redneck League is in great hands.

The 1987's and older girls are not holding open trials this year. Trials are by invitation only. Not that it matters to my daughter this year, but does anyone know who does the inviting or recommendations to invite? Of course, no real info on The website.
