The Bridge FA organization has multiple people with various roles. In this organization is the Director of Soccer, and Coaching Board. It is these soccer professionals that make the decisions with respect to pairing teams, not the administrative staff, (parents). Each staff member listed has unique personal situations, which will be addressed with those individuals.
Some staff members have personal committments which keep them from coaching a team of their own, yet are on the Bridge FA staff as a trainer, for example.
