I agree Shearer. From what i can tell, most of those guys only have one premier team and then some challenge teams. they seem to do a very good job of being at all the matches. again we just see things differently. however, what about the CSC teams that are not being trained by the top 4 or 5 guys? At CESA, those main trainers are training just about every challenge and premier team on top of the "Pool" teams. where as the guys you name are only doing one team at CSC most of the time. It is more important to be trained 3 times a week than to make sure "the" coach is there every practice adn game. Just my 2 cents
