Futbol, I would be careful insinuating coach hiller's role in this team's demise (if that is your intent). As you probably know, there are several factors that determine a team's success or lack thereof. Player retention/securement plays a large role in the older age groups. If I am not mistaken, the roster of this team is not the same as in years past.
Shearer, I would also caution those who perceive an inferior talent pool with regards to other clubs in comparison to cesa. In my opinion, the talent pool may be larger, but there are quite a few very good players who are not rostered for cesa. If I remember correctly, again correct me if I am wrong, there were more state odp and region pool/team odp players who do not play for cesa than those who do.
