3- Super Y teams that I have seen are the same players in the premier league (if not club). Have you seen different? I am aware of the reduced level in US Club soccer normal league. This is a stand alone league.
4- In younger age groups it happens, I have also seen many players who are game time players but not very good practice players. One tryout is not sufficient if you have never seen the kid play, this means you will have to rely on others, it is a this point that politics comes in.
5- My math is not off, for the interstate games they usually take an A and a B team comprised of players numbers in the low 20s.
6 - you are lucky... I have seen it and heard it first hand.
7- No point, what you say is what I say. He came out showed well and deserved to be in it. But it was his first time, no other tryouts. Jugal did not try out last season to the best of my knowledge.
8- was not directed at you, and as far as my own people I have set Fenomeno straight many times before.
In the future I will try to be more conscious of what is directed at whom.
Lastly, although I may want to share a Newcastle with Mr. Shearer, I have always insisted that it is not the cost of the equipment but the person in it that counts (this goes to all those kids who wear $200 cleats to games). In my exposure to ODP, no one has ever complained that SCORE is the supplier. Heck I see them wear those practice T-shirts with SCORE written all over to school without complaints.... Why? because it says ODP on it.
