futbol, i understand what you are saying, but if i were a college coach, i wouldn't like the idea of someone else dictating the composition of my roster. while i agree that sc is certainly turning out more quality players than in years past, and i would love to see them playing for in-state schools more frequently, i just don't think it would be fair to put a roster limit on the number of non-sc players a college coach could have.
