Blind ol Ref throw in B Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 89 Irmo	First, kudos to the Girl's U-17 CESA Premier Team who play this weekend for the RIII East Premier League crown. This brings up my question, should CESA win the RIII Premier championship and also the U-17 SC State Cup crown, would that mean the runner-up in State Cup also receive a regional berth, as CESA would already be qualified?
