Bridge FA is a SCYSA club. From a SCYSA perspective, they are not affiliated in any way with SSC or JIYSC any more. Just like CESA is in no way affiliated with the old clubs from which it came. I'm pretty sure that CESA could easily get themselves registered with another name in the Midstate District. They just need to follow the rules, and not make unilateral announcements without filling out the proper SCYSA paperwork.
The SCYSA year runs from August to August. Don't be surprised to see a new club registered sometime this summer, in time for the 2006 / 07 season.
