I made the point in an earlier post about the number of CLubs in Columbia area already. Its not as if there is only one.
Hypothetically.....if a really really good player moved into the Upstate, lets say.....Duncan. And lets say this kid was not only ODP level, but good enough to make a regional team. His choices to play are.....one?
Your argument isn't about underpriveledged kids or choice. All you want is the upper hand.
And I stand by my comments about CESA. I don't begrudge them for they attempted. In fact I give them props for being creative and proactive. But like DeNiro said in the Deer Hunter, "Dis is dis." Don't dress this up as something other than what it was. The poor kids from Columbia will figure out how to get 'r done on the pitch.
