Again, I'd understand your argument completely if CESA were trying to keep a club from offering services in Greenville. But when a club tries to offer services in a market with several other clubs, it would appear to me that the club is attempting to compete on services.
Here's the fundamental problem with your premise. I believe that what concerns you is that CESA wants to monopolize not services but instead wants to monopolize state challenge cups. I'm sure that they are guilty of wanting to win as many state challenge cups as possible. That is not equivalent to wanting to monopolize services in an area.
