I think CESA looks at a largely rural State filled with tiny little CLubs. They see 3 large metro areas....2 of which are already staked out. The third....can either be absorbed or become a competitor. Absorb now....to avoid anothe Super Club competitor. God forbid the Midstate district does what the Bridge folks did.
