Respectfully, I don't think you fully grasp of the logical inconsistencies that the SCYSA is capable of. Let's remember, the state challenge cup program had a paid full-page advertisement from CESA for its Columbia expansion that the SCYSA accepted. Then it issued this decision.
Someone somewhere said that CESA didn't follow the correct processes. There were no correct processes -- please, show me in the bylaws where any such process exists. Was CESA trying to be sneaky? Sure...that's why they paid for and got accepted a full-page advertisement in the SCYSA state challenge cup program.
I'm afraid that logic isn't going to take you very far on trying to predict the future actions of the SCYSA.
