It sure smacks of a partnership to me. If you admit that the fields "may" be used for tournaments by CSC how in the hell is that not a partnership. I know one thing if that does happen and I were a Discoveries parent I know I would have a problem. Not only are they losing players to CSC but their tax monies are being used by NC players and a NC club.
BD,I really don't care how business in Rock Hill is run, but I am trying to find some consistancy in what the SCYSA is doing. How they dismiss precedance is absolutley amazing to me and it seems to be all over the place. I guess what I'm really driving at is I sniff an agenda here.
