I already said....CSC runs their tournaments thru NCYSA so it is impossible to use Manchester in that regard.
Anyway, Rock Hill is putting that facility in there to run tournaments and attract out of town folks to spend money at RH hotels, restaurants, malls. I agree....Discoveries should have first dibs on it. But if they aren't using it and someone else can use it for the purposes that it was intended, is that wrong? If I run that complex...if CESA wants to use it and fill it up and no one else has it booked....I would welcome them with open arms. I only make money if Dave Lyle Blvd is clogged up with SUV's and mini-vans with out of state/out of town license plates.
If you were a taxpayer of RH and they WEREN'T using it when they could have....then you would have a right to be upset.
