I don't fully understand; the term "only" threw me. You're saying that agendas don't exist but are created only if you're determined to find them? Uh...I think people can have agendas regardless, can't they? I sure hope the SCYSA has an agenda -- one in line with their mission of developing and promoting youth soccer. I just didn't see any hint of that in their latest decision. I think they had an agenda to protect NECSA and prevent CESA from encroaching on NECSA's turf. I think Bridge was an accidental casualty. Northside isn't one because whether they partner with CSC or not, CSC is not an SCYSA club.
Okay...moving on. Since CSC is also affiliated with USCS they could run tournaments anywhere they like if they wanted. If the complex is unused a particular weekend, or more importantly if CSC is willing to pay the municipality to use it, then I'm all for it. I don't live up in your neck of the woods, but I'm tired of everyone's property tax going through the roof -- let's run these municipal fields more efficiently!
