Whats different is that CESA would have been developing players to compete against Midlands Clubs.
CSC isn't developing York County kids to play against Tega Cay or Discoveries. Other than the DSC Mutiny in RP league play.....their competitve paths don't cross. Perhaps once a year there may be 1 age group that bumps up agasint someone at a tournament. Hasn't happened yet in the 2005-2006 season. Maybe once or twice all of last year.
At least in my mind, thats a big difference. The effected Clubs aren't competitors.
