I'll try my unprofessional best:
TC scored their goals first, both on strong individual runs (one by Asa, one by Ricky). The Bridge was more in control of the ball movement in general (though not exclusively), but could not get many good shots off. Both sides missed on a couple good chances. Bridge finally scored on a good leading pass to William but one goal wasn't enough.
The game seemed well called and not exceedingly rough, but unfortunately two of the Bridge players got hurt: Robert (keeper) with a probable fracture in his finger trying to stop Asa's goal, and Ben with a broken nose. The latter injury was actually pretty scary as Ben was initially dizzy and felt tingling in his arm, but luckily will be okay.
Despite losing, I was pretty proud of how the Bridge team played against a solid opponent, and wish Tega Cay the best of luck next weekend.
