I haven't seen any of the other u16G teams in the State Challenge League, but I have seen the CESA u16G play several times this past summer at Regionals and most recently this past weekend in Greensboro. My vote would have to go with them. I am very impressed with their speed, toughness, and heart. They are also very experienced. The one problem they seemed to have had lately is sickness and injuries, but hopefully, for their sake, this will be overcome by the end of the season. If any of the other SC teams are able to beat them, I will be very surprised.

For the U16 Boys Challenge...DSC 90 Green shouldn't have any trouble coming in on top.

U16B: Best, most competitive, age group in South Carolina. Bridge, CESA, DSC are wonderful teams and CUFC should be able to compete in there as well.

U16G: CUFC has some wonderful talent -- it was a pleasure to watch several of these girls play in some college scrimmages last spring. CESA's going to be awfully tough with Blackwell, Tate, Craft, Taylor, Smith, Kellum, and the rest of the crew -- excellent and committed players.

i believe that DSC beat bridge 2-1 and CRSA lost to MP 4-2
