My daughter was on a challenge team that played in RIII league and lost every game. Some games were close but and the end of the season no wins. As far as improvement she did improve as a player. The toll from losing all the games was several players did not attend tryouts the following year. Most were not happy with the results of the games and the required travel. As a parent is hard to watch your kids endure the loses and try to encourage them to keep trying each game. Which is best team devolvement or wins? The ideal situation would be to work on development early in the season with the hope wins will come at the end during the state cup.
