soccer411 the post wasn't intended to slam cusc or any person associated with it. There is however a big difference in what both clubs have to offer. Cusc has done great things in the past but it's not what it once was. Don't fool yourself into thinking it is. It's losing a lot of kids to other more competitive clubs with more to offer.
You said yourself you child USE to play with cusc but is now with another club. Why is that? I would think for a more competitive environment and so forth. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the club your at now is closer to your home thus being a matter of convenience.
I don't think fields are the reason that kids are leaving either. They always seem to have or find a place to practice. Your comment about if CUSC had there own fields all these families would coming running back is ludicrous.
If your going to read messages on this board I suggest you be more open minded and not read more into messages then there really is. You can come down off your band wagon now.
