How did Fort Mill NOT make the Top 10 in fastest growing schools?

CF, I don't think South Pointe is losing students, I think perhaps not as many kids started at the school as they originally projected. Taylorbabe may know more.

Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.
