That is a 3-2 record
So I do not understand about "winning in shootouts" as it is implied that they won most games in this manner. If anything it shows they were 0.500 (RV was in OT). they still manage to win 12 games outright by your definition.
Certainly they missed their opportunities last year. Will see if they have matured but enough
By contrast Dutch Fork went 7 times into OT , 5 of which wer pks. Irmo 3 pks
