anyone have any predictions on how Ridge View will be this year I would love to hear them. Personally i dont see them making it past the 1st round of State playoffs seeing as how they will automatically make it to it since there are only 4 teams in their region.

its actually five teams: Lower Richland, Richland Northeast, Spring Valley, Dutch Fork, and Ridge View. Does Lower Richland not even field a team, because last year even Orangeburg Wilkinson had a team

I don't think RV will be any good. They lost 10 seniors, and their best returner in Michael Czulinski who transfered to Valley. I think RV might wish LR was having a team, that might actually be a good game. Don't expect too much from Ridge View, losing 11 players, and a coach, that cannot be good for a program especially since they had no depth last year.

i dont see them being as bad as a lower richland. i think that they will be ok this year but not good enough to make it past the first round. i mean after all i believe they picked up devon telford who is an ODP player and is fairly good from what i hear. it'll be an interesting year for ridge view but from what it looks like is that telford is going to have to carry the team on his shoulders as ridge view has no other decent players of that caliber.

That sounds like a decent comment, I think I was being a little hard on ridge view, no one is as bad as LR, they got beat by the Irmo JV team last year

O-W has had a team for years. A few years ago, they were actually decent. L-R may not have a team that measures up to the other schools, but they went out there and played the best that they were able to. Look at Eau Claire...hats off to them for fielding a team this year. It could be an extremely rough year for them but since they are in a region that has a couple good teams and some that will give them some good matches.

Hats off to OW, LR, and Eau Claire for trying real hard, but lets not stray from the topic here and thats Ridge View not being able to compensate for the large loss of talented players last year.
