Soccer05,

I have no dog in the discussion between Wando and BE, other than I know players/parents on both teams. So your assumption/statement at the end concerning my 2A season, is missing the mark. I just went to take in the game.

Don't know the number of the fouls, it was pretty intense, and I have/had no need to count. However, I remember how and when it happened, because my thoughts were, it's unfortunate for his team that he lost his composure. I really didn't think BE would be able to stay with Wando a man down.

Actually, the player was "razzed" because after he fouled a player with no call, he then whined when he got fouled with no call, and the students picked up on it. No excuse at all for what he said from the field. However, with what he was called, and the personality of this player, it's not too surprising that he reacted. No the Wando fans are not totally to blame, I've seen them for several years now, and players should be focused on the match and not what the fans are saying.

As for his behavior, he's totally responsible for that.

Comet i like your style. the wando fans got a BE player a red card in the first 20 minutes of the game. The player who recieved it is known for his temper and the fans knew that. i never understood the point of cussing back at the fans. one cannot do anything about it so just play the game. as for the players, There were some mental errors on defense but wando just could not get things started. BE has quality players every year but so does every high school team with a good club nearby.
