I'm thinking that the divisions are made by the student population of the schools indeed. Does it matter how many soccer state champs we got? The 5A would mostly benefit the smaller schools and would affect the bigger schools like, "Pick On Someone Your Own Size", deal. Because some of the bigger schools just get their good records off of the smaller ones, so how inflated is that?
