Double Amen! I also see far too many coaches putting players back in at the first opportunity after they've received a Yellow card for a dangerous or "cheap" foul. A little extra discipline administered by the coach can go a long way in making the game easier to officiate.

I heard a referee use profanity aimed directly at a player in a recent game. Seems to be a problem since profanity by a player now is a considered a red card offence.
