Cady, you seem to be complaining about a lot of things that even YOU realize you have no control over. If your school's administrators will not allow you to travel further in order to play better teams, either do something to change that or shut up about it. If some of your opponents do not consistently report their scores, find some way to remedy it, or shut up about it.
You are doing a LOT of complaining, but not offering ANY decent suggestions to help your own situation.
You say "What is each teams [sic] ultimate goal in the world of sport - to win every game they play."
If that is your philosophy, maybe you need to be doing something else.
