Dreher v Flora, in effect the Region III, 3A Championship Game.
Game stopped roughly 25 minutes into the 1st half due to lightning, Flora ahead 1-0.
I understand that the game will not be restarted, but will be rescheduled, meaning that they start back at 0-0 and play two full halves.
What are the criteria used to determine the fate of a situation like this? Under what circumstances would a game be considered a complete game (like a baseball game after 5 innings)? Under what circumstances would a game be restarted from the point at which it was stopped? Under what circumstances would a game be rescheduled (that is, started from the opening whistle)?
