Beaufort players and fans. The game was to be jv at 5:30 and varstiy at 7. In March I spoke to Coach Greenlee about our jv not playing because both teams would be playing in the WA jv tour. The next day. we both agreed and WE then set the game time for the varstiy match at 6:00 pm. It all looks like it was just a mix-up.

You left out some info about the scuffle, The beaufort player was ejected for shoveing a WA player to the ground.

The sad part in all of this is that both teams were playing hard and it was a good game. However after the red card was given a parentwent after the head ref,
the head ref and his AR's picked up thier stuff and just left. The refused to come back even after things calmed down. So now it looks like we will both have to meet again and shoot PK'S.

KEEPS 19 you need to talk to you coach and look at the facts
why would I show up 2hrs before the game time?

The remainder of this game, the PK shoot out has been scheduled for Monday April 23rd @6PM. The shoot out will be at Beaufort High just like the game was on 4/19.

I am not sure what happened on the game time issue. It was no fault of either team. There is no verification of any agreement that changed this game from the original time. Sorry for the confusion and look to wrap this up on Monday!

By the way, a referee does not have the power to determine an outcome of a game. That is for the SCHSL to determine. All that a referee can do is say that the team was not there at the designated time. Don't think that referee's have the power to determine a winner, that just isn't true.

If you are going to argue a point, at least get factual information to back up your side.....
