2- the premier league champion is also invited to attend unles they are state champions
For the U14 agr group
SCYSA state champion was CESA
The R3PL east champion was CASL, since they also won the NC state cup the selection moves down to #2 in R3PL.
Number two was CESA since they are state champion move to #3
Number 3 was GSA Phoenix... since they are GA state champs move to 4
Number 4 Triangle FC U14... this is the team representing R3PL east at regionals
