SC Soccer Forums SCSoccer.com Forums College, Pro & International Soccer US MNT to host Brazil in Chicago

Pretty cool news that the U.S. will host Brazil in Chicago on Sunday, September 9.

US vs. Brazil

Awesome! Should be as very entertaining game!

That is a great game to schedule, but in all reality, the US needs to travel away and get experience. The game in Mexico that got cancelled due to this would have done that.

I still think that cancelling the Mexico game for Brazil is a smart move, but the US needs to play more away games, alot more before the confederations cup.

O and FYI I believe that this date is an international FIFA date, so all club players can be called up for international fixtures, for both sides.

I agree with you WDiM, teh US has to play more away games, but against quality teams like Brazil and France, not Guatemala and such (not that they are, just using an example). But from the rumor mill, i heard Kaka was spose to get called n Adriano too. But just rumors for now. N too bad Mexico got cancelled bcuz the two spanish stations couldn't work out an agreement
