Have 3 combines to offer kids to go to or go to all three. Have 1 in Greenville, 1 in Columbia/Florence area and 1 in Charleston. And let the local doc's and college ast. coaches to run them and invite college coaches from 3-4 states to come and have a look. Charge a min. fee to cover expenses of fields, etc. We all talk about how good soccer is and how we want our teams and players to have all the chances to excel, and then we do nothing. I love this sport, played it and coach it, but man we have a long way to go. I have a 3 yr old son who loves to kick the ball and such but I'm having second thoughts on wanting him to play this game, because of things like this, political hogwash that means nothing. Were is the respect the game deserves? Let's give all the girls and boys that love the game a chance to play the game.

I hope this e-mail finds everyone in good spirits with the holidays approaching. We will once again be hosting our Boys High School Soccer Showcase this winter. This year we will be inviting high school juniors and seniors. The Showcase will be Saturday, January 26th. I have attached the flyer and the registration form for the showcase. Your high school coach should receive the showcase information in the mail. Please complete the registration form and return it to us at your earliest convenience. My fax number is below if you wish to fax the form to us. I have invited every college coach in South Carolina as well as nearly all the schools in North Carolina and a handful in Georgia. I hope to have a better idea as to which schools will be attending the showcase in the coming weeks. You are more than welcome to invite any school you are interested in, to the showcase if you intend to participate. I am aware that this is a SAT testing date which some of you may be involved in. I was informed that you can request a venue change and register to take the test at a local school here in Florence if you would not be able to make the showcase after the test. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Wow I am really glad to see something like this. Who knows if this would have been around when i was a senior I might have ended up at a different school.

This is really a good thing and anyone who is sponsoring/involded with this should be appluaded.
