you are right they did score a lot of goals. but if that is the case then why didn't lexington win the state championship last year with lets say 7 or 8 people from the state championship team the year before? you can't compare a club team to a high school team because club and high school are so much different that they are pretty much uncomparable.

Kropp was a quality player, but I don't think his loss will cripple NW or Enzo. A quality replacement will be found and that team will be knocking on the #1 ranking at some point if not for most of the season.

Enzo is one of the best players in his age group in the region and maybe even the nation and he will find other ways to score without kropp. A replacement for kropp may not be needed because NW might not play 4-3-3. Enzo and Alex will be up top alone and will score plenty of goals by themselves.

I believe Northwestern will keep the same formation because it is a great system and obviously seems to work. A quality player from the Discoveries U-17 Premier squad attends Northwestern now and should be a special player over the next several years. This will be another special year for the Trojans.

the only problem is NW does not have a good point man for the 4-3-3 unless they move enzo into that role which would then leave another forward position empty. it will be interesting to see what coach wren comes up with.

the only problem i see with NW is their region. who do they really play thats worth mentioning besides maybe one other team? i just dont see NW getting ready for state competition with their easy region schedule. thats the same problem that crops up with Wando as well.

Well Northwestern cannot change their region and everybody said the same thing the past few years and look how they have done.

Well I believe he is correct. Enzo is his own player and does not need a Kropp to make him as good as he already is. Kropp definitely was a huge asset, but Enzo has all of the talent in the world and will find other ways to be productive. This young man can take over games, whether he is on the best or worst team.

And yes I am comparing club to highs school in this case. Enzo plays in the premier league, which consists of some of the best players. He also plays in ODP and does rather well, which consists of the top players in each state.

I guess we will have to see how Enzo performs this year but I have a pretty good feeling he won't fail to impress!
