NO rules it is a regular game. We play one every year and it counts and they only diff is you will not get refs.

How about as far as the make up of the Alumni team? I've heard they have to be true alums and you can't supplement with any other players.

Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.
