Actually, the $100K is now dwarfed by the size of the joint agreement between the local government and CESA to expand/co-locate/whatever you call it the next generation MeSA complex.

I wasn't criticizing LCSC for having access to $6M+ fields -- heck, I think anyone would be envious. I was just noting that servicing a seven figure debt makes office rentals seem like a small deal.
