Kyle Heise World Cup Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 8,473 Likes: 1 Cayce, SC	Dear High School Coach: The White Jersey Rule Survey - http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22EFXUGPPBL Effective with the 2013 fall season, the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) will implement a change to Rule 4-1-1b that requires the home team to wear solid white jerseys and socks. The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) is polling the High School coach membership to get your opinion on this decision. Please take a moment to complete this brief survey and share your thoughts on this rule change. Data from this survey will be presented at the NFHS rules committee meeting on Monday, January 23. Kevin Heise World Cup Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 6,957 Likes: 5 Cayce	I would also like to reiterate that though the NSCAA can relay our message to the NFHS, that it is by no means a "done deal" to change this pending rule. However, I do believe it will communicate to the NFHS that the NSCAA and our high school membership has a strong and committed voice.
